Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something is not quite right, we accept returns for a refund or store credit under the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Swimwear and bodysuits must be tried on over undergarments. The hygiene strip must remain in place and must not be removed.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If your return does not meet these conditions, it may be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
