We offer fast and reliable shipping across Australia.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially for regional areas.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something is not quite right, we accept returns for a refund or store credit under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Swimwear and bodysuits must be tried on over undergarments. The hygiene strip must remain in place and must not be removed.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If your return does not meet these conditions, it may be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
Orders placed on back-order or purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit only.
Afterpay purchases are also eligible for store credit only.
Sale items are not eligible for return.
